Access rights: who sees what
A new manager should not see ad account passwords, and an accountant does not need client chats.
In BoosterCRM access is configured on three levels:
- Role — administrator, moderator, employee, customer. Defines which documents and credentials are visible.
- Projects — an employee sees clients, tasks and payments only of the projects they are added to.
- Menu sections — you can hide, for example, payroll or the warehouse.
This way several businesses live in one system, and every employee sees exactly what they need for work.
