How not to lose leads: 5 rules for a sales team
Half of all requests are lost not because of the price, but because nobody called back in time.
We looked at dozens of sales teams and saw the same thing: a client leaves a request, the manager is busy, and a day later the client has already bought from a competitor.
- Every lead goes into the CRM. Calls, website requests and messages land in a shared list automatically, not in a manager’s notebook.
- Every client has a status. “New”, “thinking”, “waiting for a call”, “bought” — you instantly see whom to work with today.
- Reminders. Set “call back in 2 days” and the CRM will bring the client to the top of the list at the right moment.
- Missed calls first. The “missed” filter shows those who called and could not get through.
- Daily report. A short summary of clients, calls and sales disciplines better than any meeting.
