Full functionality

18 modules in one system

Enable the sections each employee needs — the rest simply stays hidden.

Clients and leads

Client card with lead and client status, manager, project, notes and history. Incoming calls and website requests land in the list by themselves, reminders make sure nobody forgets to call back.

Telephony and messengers

Call log right in the card: incoming, outgoing, missed. Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp open in one click, the number is copied with a button.

Tasks

Priorities, deadlines, assignees, comments and attachments. Filters “assigned”, “own”, “current”, “unread”, e-mail notifications.

Recurring jobs

Repeating work on a schedule: the CRM reminds you when it is time to create a task and highlights overdue ones.

Shipments

Order pipeline: request → assembly → delivery → shipped. Sales contract printing, warranty cases and returns.

Sales

Orders, invoices, instalments and credit, deadlines and statuses. You see which step every deal is at.

Payments

Income in foreign and local currency at the rate, cost and margin, linked to client and project.

Payroll

Accruals and payouts to employees, balance for each: how much was earned, how much was paid, who owes whom.

Projects

Several businesses or websites in one system. Each project has its own clients, tasks, credentials and reports.

Contacts and mailings

A base of partners and companies with categories and countries. Sending e-mails, open and unsubscribe tracking.

Documents

Regulations, contracts, sales scripts and instructions — with access levels and linked to a project.

Credentials

Logins and passwords for websites, mail and ad accounts. Visible only to those who are allowed.

Calendar

Events, meetings, shipments and deadlines on one grid: month, week, day or list.

Warehouse and stock

Stock levels, supplier price list import, product condition, stock sync with the website.

Marketplaces

Export of products and stock to Ozon and Wildberries, listing control.

Clicks and ads

Tracking of ad clicks, lead sources (Yandex, Google, Onliner), cost per lead.

Reports and statistics

Daily manager reports, sales by project and employee, cash desk, suppliers.

Roles and access levels, departments, access to projects and menu sections for each employee.

BoosterCRM features: 18 modules that cover the whole business

Clients, leads and communication

The heart of BoosterCRM is the Clients and leads module. Every card has a lead status and a client status, an assigned manager, a project, notes and a full history of actions. Reminders let a manager schedule the next step in one click: call back in a day, in a week or in a month. Filters show missed contacts, unsigned clients or leads grouped by calls, and new calls appear in the list without reloading the page.

The Telephony and messengers module shows the call log right inside the client card — incoming, outgoing and missed calls. From the same card you can open a chat in Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp in one click or copy the phone number. When a new number calls, it automatically becomes a lead, so no inquiry is forgotten. The Contacts and mailings module keeps a base of partners and companies with categories and countries, lets you send e-mails and tracks opens and unsubscribes.

Tasks, recurring jobs and calendar

Tasks in BoosterCRM have a priority, a deadline, an assignee, a cost, comments and attachments. Tabs separate tasks assigned to you, your own tasks, current work and unread updates. You can subscribe to a task to follow its progress and receive e-mail notifications. Statuses — queue, in progress, review and done — make the workflow visible to the whole team.

Recurring jobs are made for periodic work such as maintenance, monthly reports or regular client check-ups. When a job is due, it is highlighted, and you can turn it into a task in one click; overdue jobs are shown by colour. The Calendar displays events by month, week, day or as a list, with colours by type, so planning meetings and deadlines takes seconds.

Sales, shipments, payments and payroll

The Sales module stores orders and invoices, supports instalments and credit, and tracks deadlines and statuses. Shipments follow a clear pipeline: request, assembly, delivery and shipped. Separate tabs handle warranty and returns, counters show how many items are at each step, and a sales contract can be printed directly from the system.

Payments record the amount in the transaction currency and in local currency at the exchange rate, together with cost price and margin, and every payment is linked to a client and a project. Payroll shows accruals, payouts and the current balance for each employee, so salary calculations no longer live in a separate spreadsheet.

Warehouse, marketplaces and advertising

The Warehouse and stock module keeps stock levels up to date, imports supplier price lists, records product condition and synchronises stock with your website. The Marketplaces module exports products and stock to Ozon and Wildberries, which saves sellers from updating the same data in several places by hand.

Clicks and ads tracks advertising clicks and lead sources such as Yandex, Google and Onliner, and calculates the cost per lead. This helps you see which channels bring real customers and where the budget is wasted.

Projects, documents and credentials

With Projects you can run several businesses or websites in one system. Each project has its own clients, tasks, credentials and reports, while you keep a single login and a single team. Documents store regulations, contracts, sales scripts and instructions with access levels, linked to the relevant project, so new employees learn faster and everyone works by the same rules.

Credentials keep logins and passwords for websites, mailboxes and ad accounts in one protected place. They are visible only to users who have permission, which is much safer than sharing passwords in chats.

When an employee leaves, you do not have to collect scattered passwords from personal notes and messengers: access is managed centrally, and the history of work stays with the company.

Reports, employees and permissions

Reports and statistics include daily manager reports, sales by project and by employee, the cash desk and supplier statistics. The owner gets an honest picture of results without building pivot tables.

Employees and permissions let you assign roles — administrator, moderator, employee or customer — set access levels, organise departments and decide for each person which projects and menu sections they can see. Each employee also chooses the interface language: English, Russian or Polish.

  • Works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone;
  • Mobile-optimised interface for every section;
  • Data on a secure server in the EU, HTTPS and encrypted employee passwords;
  • Demo access with login demo and password demo, no registration needed.

You do not need to switch on every module at once. Start with clients and tasks, and add the warehouse, payroll or marketplaces as your processes grow. All modules share the same data, so information entered once is available everywhere it is needed.
